Application for user connection to an existing project under the National Computational Merit Allocation Scheme

This form may be used by people who have already registered their identity or who have an existing login to request connection to an existing project.

Projects Specify one or more project codes (of existing projects) which a user is to be connected to:

Existing Identity(*) (*) Specify a registered id number, or a previously or currently held login on the NCI National Facility systems, the Surname and the required connection status, and CI or other Researcher role. Actual login names are decided by system admin, and cannot be selected by users.
Connect User on System(**) (**)Select NO for "Connect as User on System?" if the person is a researcher on the project but
does NOT require access to the DATA or COMPUTE resources allocated to the project.
Researcher Role(***) Select CI for Chief Investigators with a research track record, and Researcher for students, research assistants, research associates and other staff etc.
Surname Enter the correct surname to mach against the entered existing identity.

Conditions of Use

This new user has been informed of and agrees to abide by the conditions of use and other policies.

This user agrees to not share their password with anyone else.

NCMAS resources comprise Australian Government-funded infrastucture through the NCRIS and Super Science programs administered by the Department of Innovation Industry, Science and Research, and operations and services funded by major partners of the collaborations (NCI, iVEC, UQ, MASSIVE, VLSCI) which operate the respective facilities
